BUILT AROUND THE ROLE

Give the work a name.
Give it the right context.

The starting point is not “What can AI do?” It is “What work does this business need done?”

Research. Document preparation. Operations coordination. Workflow support. Knowledge continuity. We select the role, tools and business knowledge around the work your DigiPloyee will do.

Every DigiPloyee is individually commissioned. Like people, each is unique: its role, working knowledge and ways of working are built around its owner. A deployment begins with a defined first role, agreed access and clear human approval points, then expands as the business requires.

Client-owned DigiPloyees, already at work.

Examples of what DragonSun has created.

F.R.A.N.K., S.Y.M. and C.O.R.E. are unique, client-owned DigiPloyees already at work in their buyers’ businesses. They show what DragonSun has created; these existing agents are not for resale. We can build your own DigiPloyee with similar capabilities, shaped around your business, knowledge and ways of working.

Business memory
that carries forward.

Before commissioning your DigiPloyee

How is a DigiPloyee built for our business?

Every DigiPloyee is a unique custom build around your business, knowledge, systems, workflows and approval requirements. F.R.A.N.K., S.Y.M. and C.O.R.E. are examples of client-owned builds already deployed in their buyers’ businesses. We can create similar capabilities for you, but those existing agents are not for resale.

What does a custom build cost?

Full multi-role production builds generally begin at US$150,000. Complex multi-department, multi-location or integration-heavy builds are typically scoped at US$300,000–450,000 or more. Your final price follows discovery and a written blueprint; it reflects the work and integrations required, not a generic seat count.

What do we own?

You own your DigiPloyee, its Living Database and your custom-created library, so you can take your DigiPloyee with you. It is an appreciating business asset: retained knowledge, business context and reviewed experience build its value to your business over time. DragonSun retains its proprietary protocol library and reusable development IP; your DigiPloyee includes a perpetual, royalty-free, non-transferable internal-use licence.

Are there ongoing costs or extra location fees?

Applicable third-party model, platform, API and hosting costs remain separate, as do optional support and future integrations or expansion. Approved internal copies can operate across departments and wholly owned locations without another DragonSun per-location protocol-licence fee, within the agreed terms.

How do we begin?

Start with a complimentary consultation to define the work you need done. Paid discovery then produces a written blueprint covering workflows, information, integrations, permissions, acceptance criteria, schedule and final price. The build is verified against that scope before acceptance, handover and training.
